When all else fails, use sex. This is what the APICCAPS (The Portuguese Shoe Industry Association) has opted to do.
In the new year (January 2011) the APICCAPS will launch the “Portuguese Shoes – The Sexiest Industry in Europe” campaign in the aim of introducing and welcoming new and existing consumers back into the quality of Portuguese shoes and designers.
