Daft Punk’s music history from 1993 when they were first signed onto Scottish label Soma and released their first single "The New Wave" to their commercially successful single "Da Funk" in 1997. Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo started wearing their iconic futuristic suits and L.E.D. enhanced helmets in 2001 and had their first televised live performance at the 50th Grammy Awards where they performed 'Stronger' with rapper Kanye West.
