8IN8 ➔ ‘Nighty Night’

When you involve Amanda Palmer in a discussion, don’t expect her to sit at the back quietly. Coming up with the question: ‘how quickly could an artist record an album?’, she set to work. Getting husband Neil Gaiman, Ben Folds and Damian Kulash, together to form 8in8, they recorded 6 tracks in 12 hours, working chaotically into the small hours. Now the finished album, ‘Nighty Night’ has been released to help raise funds for Berklee City Music Network.
