Scion and Dim Mak partner up in celebration of Youth, Individuality, and Thinking outside the box. Starting this June, Dim Mak is ready to relive a bit of history with a North American tour paying tribute to a place that launched the label 15 years ago.
The Pickle Patch tour will travel throughout North America, introducing some of Dim Mak’s emerging artists to new fans.“The Pickle Patch Tour” gets its name from the apartment turned concert venue in Isla Vista where Dim Mak founder Steve Aoki booked over 450 artists during his time at UCSB. More than 15 years later, Dim Mak continues in the spirit of the Pickle patch, supporting young, up-and-coming artists and rooting for the underground.
Dim Mak’s “Pickle Patch Tour” will embark on its first attack of North America on June 6th with some of its newest music. Approximately 16 shows are scheduled for this new project, set to present artists who are heading out on a tour bus together, most for the first time. The “Pickle Patch Tour” will showcase a rare line-up consisting of a genre mix-up that represents the label’s focus: Scanners, PeaceTreaty, Autoerotique, Rob Roy, Ali Love, and New Ivory.
Photos, videos, interviews, and live stream from the tour bus and stages will be updated daily throughout the entire tour at PicklePatchTour.com
