Ana Rajcevic ➔ Animal Anatomy

Ana Rajcevic is a fashion artist and sculptor, based in London, working at the intersections of sculpture and fashion design, this project is grounded in a unique visual interpretation of animal anatomy, building upon existing skeleton structures to create a series of sculptural pieces that appear as natural properties of the human body, suggesting strength, power and sensuality.
Concepts of mutation and evolution are explored in order to develop a contemporary cross-image of human and animal, an atemporal, supreme creature, beyond past and future.

“I Will Never Change” ➔ Benga

“I Will Never Change” by Benga. This mad video created using 960 vinyl records – you’ll never look at Soundcloud the same way again!

"It worked out to be 960 records would be the equivalent of 1 minute and 20 seconds worth of wave form. Each one had to be individually cut to a specific size, hand labeled, hand numbered and then finally polished. That process took 7 full working days alone.
To animate the wave form, we built it and then carefully removed each individual record. This had to be done very gently as any shift in the position of the sculpture would result in the failure of the animation and as we had to literally destroy each piece of vinyl to get it off, there was only one chance to get it right. "

Andy Warhol ➔ Polaroids.

Andy Warhol reportedly once said, "I have Social Disease. I have to go out every night. If I stay home one night I start spreading rumors to my dogs."

From 1970 to 1987 the King of Pop Art took an enormous amount of Polaroid photos of celebrities, rock stars, and curious personalities and added them to a growing collection of art work centered on the idea of art as spectacle. In 2007, the Andy Warhol Photographic Legacy Program began, and over 28,500 of his photographs were donated to museums across the U.S. The UC Berkeley Art Museum draws from the enigmatic artist's vast collection to present its new exhibition, simply titled, "Andy Warhol: Polaroids."

The casual relationship observed between the sitter and the photographer in this series was enhanced by warhol dining with his subjects before beginning each photo shoot. The tight framing and nearness of each subject within the image enhances the quality of informal interaction between warhol and the individuals whom he photographed.

"Isn't life a series of images that change as they repeat themselves?
